What is Flora
Flora is a Layer-1 blockchain and AI-powered platform built specifically for the new builder economy. We’re creating an ecosystem where anyone (regardless of technical skill) can go from idea to application in minutes, share their work with a community, and automatically earn when others build on top of what they’ve created.
It’s the missing infrastructure layer between AI’s creative potential and real economic opportunity.
The core problem we’re solving
AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Claude have unlocked unprecedented creative power. You can describe what you want, and AI can help you create it.
But the tools are fragmented. You need different platforms for design, development, deployment, and distribution. Each has its own learning curve.
There’s no growth engine. You build something useful, maybe share it on Twitter or GitHub, and then… nothing. There’s no native system that helps your work spread or rewards you when it does.

Why this matters now
We’re at an inflection point.
AI has democratized what you can create, but the infrastructure to capture value from that creation hasn’t caught up.
Open source showed us that people will build incredible things without direct compensation, but it also showed us the limits of that model. Maintainers burn out. Projects get abandoned. Value accrues to platforms, not creators.
Web3 showed us that onchain economics can align incentives, but most crypto projects stayed focused on financial primitives rather than creative tools.
